We survived the cold and the crowds on Saturday at NYC! Josh's company offered a bus trip up to New York City for the day, so we signed up to go along with Josh's parent's Ron and Donna. I am a huge Jennifer Garner fan, so as an early Christmas present, we went up to see Cyrano De Bergerac starring Jennifer Garner, of course, and Keven Kline. It was a fantastic play and all the actors were excellent! It was a great show and I loved it! We also saw the big tree, the ice skaters, and we ate at Ellen's Stardust Diner. At Ellen's all the waitstaff are actors and actresses hoping to make it to Broadway, so they were all very talented. The waitstaff entertained us with lots of singing while we ate our lunch. They would get up and walk on the booths, walk around the diner, and sit up on the counter and sing. The microphone would get passed around to the different waiters and they would take turns singing. They were great and it was a fun place to eat. The food was really good too! We had a great day in the city!!!
